To anyone reading this , I normally don’t take the time to write testimonials ( good or bad) but as a licensed realtor in Florida for over 40 years, in this case I’m making an exception. Equitable Title has been my title company of choice for the past 20 plus years, and believe me when I say I’ve tried them all-remember how it works. The realtor and seller gets to pick the title company – so I’ve represented over 2000 sellers over the past 40 years and have tried many different title companies out there.
